Sump Pump maintenance is highly suggested on a yearly basis. This helps to keep the pump clean and at it's peak of performance, as well as helps us to maintain any pump support systems. The pumps, normally, are extremely quite and, even while working, are barely noticeable.

The GrateDrain System may never need maintenance, however, if Iron Bacteria is present it may require periodic flushing every 6 months.

One of our Project Managers could easily assess whether or not you have an iron bacteria issue and inform you of the maintenance choices.

As for future maintenance plans, we off 1,3, or 5 years of coverage that can focus on 1 pump or entire systems, including dehumidifiers.
