Why did the customer contact us?

 Customer called in looking for a dehumidifier, her in laws have a Santa Fe dehumidification system. She is intersted in air quality and moisture control. She is the process of finishing the basement and wants some opinions. The customer was in the process of finishing the basement. Once we came in she realized the importance of preparing the space properly. She put a stop to the finishing which allowed us to do our work. We had to work around the studded walls that she already had up which added some diffculty and time to the installation.

We provided her with a full perimeter GrateDrain system with a 2 pump FastSump Combo system which included a primary pump and battery backup pump system. We also installed a SantaFe classic dehumidification system to keep the moisture down to a safe level.
