Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has a basement that gets puddles in different areas. Comes in through the walls and up through where the wall meets the floor. She wants it dry so she can store things down there without having to worry about them. Customer had allot of water actively coming into the basement as we were trying to install the drainage system. We had to constanly pump the water just to be able to dig the trenches. We were able to get the system installed and solve her problem.
