Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had water coming in from where wall and floor meets. Also has cracks in center of floor that are leaking. This foundation had a very high footing. We had to install a dimpled membrane over the footer and connect it to the new GrateDrain system below. When this happens it takes allot more time and materials to get the job done properly but its nothing we havent faced before. We got the job completed and the customer is happy and dry!
