Why did the customer contact us?

Customer gets water everytime it rains heavy and during the spring thaw. He wants to finish the basement once it is waterproofed. Basement floor was really thick and had rebar spaced every 3-4 inches. This caused a delay in getting the trenches around the perimeter prepared for the drain installation.

We provided the customer with a Level 1 Healthy Basemenent Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain system with full wall ThermalShield vapor barrier and a FastSump combo pumping system. It has 1 primary a/c 1/3hp pump and a 1/3hp 12volt battery backup pump system. This will ensure they stay dry even when the power goes out. This installation is also backed by a national life of house warranty.
