Why did the customer contact us?

This was a existing customer. He put on a addition and now its leaking where the new foundation meets his old foundation. He wants to finish off the space so needs this section fixed before he can proceed. The additon was built with a exposed raised footing. We had to channel the water from the exposed raised footing down to the drainage system we were installing. We also ran into metal rebar in the basement floor we had to trench out for the new drainage system.
