Why did the customer contact us?

Customer gets seepage where the wall and the floor meet. Basement floor was really thick and took us longer than normal to get through it.

We provided the customer with a partial Gratedrain drainage system with a 1foot strip of vapor barrier on the base in order to make sure the system was sealed. We ran the drain into a new GrateSump system with a 1/3hp FastSump pump.
