Why did the customer contact us?

Customer emailed us and wanted to fix a bad sump pump installation he just had done by a contractor. Customer got some bad experiences from other contractors before so he was very worried about letting another company come in and work on his home. Once he saw our guys working and the job they were doing he was happy.
