Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a finished basement that leaks when it rains. She had a sump pump but it wasn't enough to keep the leak from happening. The basement was finished so there was some prep work needed. Sheetrock walls and studs needed to be cut down prior to the leak being fixed.
