Why did the customer contact us?

This was a existing customer with a partial drain system. She was having leaks in other areas of the basement that needed to be fixed. The contractor prior had poured a concrete wall in front of the existing concrete wall in order to stop the water coming in. It did not work so we had to come in and work around this new wall that was poured.
