Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a Crack behind two oil tanks that leaked every time it rains. She also got some water where the wall meets the floor in the same area. Two oil tanks had to be temporarily removed in order for us to run the drain and vapor barrier against the walls. Once the job was done the tanks had to be put back and refilled. In most applications we go around the oil tank but the customer wanted the drains to go against the wall so she paid the added expense of having the tanks removed.

First we injection sealed the crack in the wall then we installed a partial GrateDrain system and FinishShield vapor barrier. We also installed a GrateSump pump system with a FastSump 1/3hp primary pump. We ran the discharge for the pump up and out the side of the house and into a 40 foot underground pvc line.
