Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a existing system from another company that was not working. She contacted them repeatedly to come fix it and it was never resolved so she contacted us to see what we can do. The customer had a existing drainage system that we had to retrofit in order to solve her main problem area near the bulkhead.

We Provided her with a Level 2 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainge system with FinishShield Vapor Barrier on the walls and a 4 foot GrateTrench surface drain in front of the bulkhead door. It also included 2 GrateSump pump liners with a high efficiency 1/3HP pump and a FS1200 Battery Backup Pack for power outages.
