Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had some water coming in where wall and floor meet and through some cracks in the wall. She had a sump pump but it wasn't keeping the entire basement dry.

We provided her with a Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls and a 4 foot GrateTrench surface drain in front of the bulkhead doorway. It also included 2 GrateSump pump liners with 1 primary 1/3hp pump and a High Water Alarm.
