Why did the customer contact us?

Customer got water from the bulkhead and along one wall. We had to pull out the bulkhead steps in order to treat the inside of the bulkhead.

We provided him with a partial GrateDrain system with vapor barrier on the walls that extended into his bulkhead. We also installed a 4foot GrateTrench surface drain in front of the bulkhead doorway and a new GrateSump 1/3hp pump system.
