Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a estimate done by us in 2005 and decided to try and fix themselves. They are still having a problem with water in the basement and want to finally get it fixed properly. Basement was a split level so half of it was only 4 feet high.

We provided her with custom level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a Full Perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with ThermalShield Vapor Barrier on the walls. We also installed a Dual GrateSump liner with a FastSump 1/3hp pump and a High water Alarm. The pump discharge was routed outside and buried underground leading away from the house.
