Why did the customer contact us?

Customer was remodeling this house. Water gets about 18 inches deep. He wanted a permanent solution to keep the basement dry. The volume of water this basement took on was very high so we had to design and install a system in order to handle it properly.

We provided him with a level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed 2 high output 1/2hp pumps with separate discharges to the exterior. Customer will be installing a auto start generator because his area can lose power for weeks on end.
