Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has a stone foundation and gets leaks from multiple areas in the basement. This was a stone foundation so we had to make sure to contour the vapor barrier on the walls in order to be able to seal the vapor barrier properly.

We installed a level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed teo 1/3hp FastSump pumps with a battery backup system just in case of a power outage.
