Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had one area of the basement that leaks from where the wall meets the floor. There was a existing radon mitigation system that we had to tie into our drainage system.

We provided him with a Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a Partial GrateDrain drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm.
