Customer had a finished basement that leaked from several different spots along the perimeter every time it rained heavy.

We provided her with a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with a strip of vapor barrier on base of the walls in one portion.Then full wall vapor barrier in another portion. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm.
