Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a existing hole with a pump in it that didn't work well. He also got some water seepage along that same wall the existing pump was on.

We provided him with a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system and vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm.
