Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had leaks where the wall and floor meet in 2 sides of his basement. Basement was partially finished and had to be partially demoed in order to do the job.

We installed a Custom Level 2 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system with small strip of vapor barrier at the base of the wall. We also installed a FastSump combo pump system. This included 2 1/3hp pumps and a 12 volt battery backup system.
