Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had multiple jobs done with us in other homes that he built. He wanted to finish the basement at his house and wanted to waterproof it prior to finishing to avoid any problems later on.

Solutions Provided:

We Installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (french drain ) drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed a Two dual chambered GrateSump liners with 4 1/3hp FastSump HP pumps. Customer has a Auto start generator he will be tieng the pumps into.
