Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had water problems in her crawlspace. Crawlspace filled with water and spilled over into the basement and flooded the basement.

Solutions Provided:

We Installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system and vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a two 1/3hp FastSump pumps and a high water alarm. The attached crawlspace was tied into the drainage system in the basement so the water from the crawlspace will drain into the basement then get pumped out. We also encapsulated the crawlspace with crawlshield encapsulation system and installed a WiseAire 55 high efficiency dehumidifier.
