Why did the customer contact us?

Customer just purchased home and had leaks in his basement coming from the walls. Previous owner broke out trenches along the perimeter for the water to drain into but it was not working.

We Installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a sealed full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system and ThermalShield vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a Pump Geek advanced pump controller/alarm.
