Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has a basement that leaks where the wall meets the floor is several places. He also had a problem with high humidity and his current system wasn't keeping the basement air dry enough.

Solutions Provided:

We Installed a Level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (french drain ) drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with 2 1/3hp FastSump pumps and a Battery backup system. We also installed a Santa Fe high efficiency dehumidifier with some duct work to be able to make the air circulate through all the rooms properly.
