Customer bought a rental property with a basement that leaks around most of the perimeter. His goal was to eventually finish the basement and wanted the water problem taken car of.

We Installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system and vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm.
