Customer had leaks in his unfinished basement that he would like to eventually finish.

Solutions Provided:

We Installed a Level 6 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (french drain ) drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with 2 1/3hp FastSump pumps and a Battery backup system. We also installed a Santa Fe high efficiency dehumidifier with some duct work to be able to make the air circulate through all the rooms properly.This installation also includes a 3 year annual maintenance plan and is covered under a nationally backed life of house warranty.
