Why did the customer contact us?

This customer wanted to finish the basement but it had many areas where water was leaking . He wants to fix the problems before finishing the basement. This Basement had a double floor so we had to break through both layers in order to relieve the water pressure under the slab.

Solutions Provided:

We Installed a Level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (french drain ) drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with 2 1/3hp FastSump pumps and a Battery backup system. We also installed a Santa Fe high efficiency dehumidifier with some duct work to be able to make the air circulate through all the rooms properly.
