Why did the customer contact us?

Customer just bought house and it gets water along the perimeter and through the walls. This was a fieldstone foundation that needed to be fixed prior to being waterproofed.

Solutions Provided:

We repointed and skim coated different areas in the basement where the old mortar was crumbling and falling down. After that we Provided him with a Level 5 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter Gratedrain drainage system with a half wall ThermalShield vapor barrier. We also installed a Dual Chambered GrateSump liner with a FastSump Combo primary/ battery backup pump system. To keep the humidity in the basement down we installed a WiseAire 90 dehumidification system.
