Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a basement that leaks and would like to get it fixed. Previous owner tried to seal the basement with paint and it didn't work. The concrete floor was very thick but other than that it was a normal straight forward install.

We provided her with a full perimeter GrateDrain system that included a full wall ThermalShield vapor barrier. We also installed a dual GrateSump pump system and discharged it out the rear of the property into a underground line that extends away from the house.
