Why did the customer contact us?

This was a existing customer who already had a pump from us. They kept getting seepage along one wall in the basement and wanted it connected to the existing pump system.

We installed a partial GrateDrain drainage system. We also installed a 1 foot strip of vapor barrier at the base of the wall to seal the system and to be able to add a full wall vapor barrier at a later date if needed.
