Why did the customer contact us?

Customer was getting water coming in from two sliding doors in his finished basement. He also had some leaks coming in where his washer and dryer were located. The basement was previosly finished with a raised wooden subfloor. We had to cut the sheet rock and raised floor out prior to the drainage work being started.

We installed a 1/3hp FastSump pump system and a partial GrateDrain drainage system with 2 Grate trench surface drains so the water that might come in under the door will be caught and sent over to the new sump pump we installed.
