We Installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a sealed full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system and ThermalShield vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm.We also installed a WiseAire 60 high efficiency dehumidifier to keep the humidity in the basement below 50%.
