Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has been dealing with occasional water issues in his basement since moving into the home in 2009. Some years more significant than others. They did have a sump pump installed about 3 years ago, which has helped matters, but has not fully resolved them. He still ends up with decent size puddles in certain areas if its been raining heavily for a few days. Ideally, he would like to look into finishing parts of the basement off in the next few years, so he's hoping to address the water issue once and for all. Water when it does come in,  it seeps up throught the middle of the floor and where the basement wall meets the floor. Customers existing floor was very thick and a hard concrete mix. Once we broke through we encountered allot of ledge rock and clay which made it difficult to excavate. Lukily our installers are the best in the industry so we were able to get through it and get the job installed correctly.
