Why did the customer contact us?

New owner has a pump and isn't able to use the unfinished basement at this time. Still gets leaks around the perimeter even though her pump seems to be working. Customer isn't from around here and never had a basement before so shewas unsure of what to do. The soil under the house was mostly clay and slate rocks which made trenching the perimeter out very diffcult. The foundation was block so we had to make sure to drill and drain each individual block in order for the walls to not fill up with water.

We provided a full perimeter GrateDrain system with Full wall FinishShield vapor barrier in order to seal the system and drain any wall leaks that might occur. We also installed a 1/3 Hp primary FastSump pump in order to pump the water out that the drainage system collects.
