Customer has a big basement that leaked around several areas and up through the middle of the floor.

Solutions Provided:

We Installed a Level 3 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (french drain ) drainage system and a small stip of vapor barrier at the bottom in order to seal the system. If the customer gets any wall leaks in the future we can easily divert the leak into the drainage system by adding a full wall vapor barrier. We installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with 2 1/3hp FastSump pumps and a Battery backup system.
