Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a small basement that has a dirt floor and gets water when it rains. She wanted to make it usable space for storage. The dirt floor was all over the place. We had to excavate a good amount of soil in order to level the dirt floor.

We leveled off the floor. Then we brought in 4 inched of crushed stone. We installed a new GrateSump combo double pump system that included a battery backup pump system. We then covered the stone with a dimpled membrane and then poured a new cement floor over it. While leveling off the floor we installed a reinforced concrete footing in order for the new steel support column to be installed.
