Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has a finished basement and gets water coming in from where his bulkhead is located. Mold was starting to grow under the staircase. The entire staircase and finished walls in the bulkhead needed to be cut out prior to the repair being started.

We broke out the slab in the bulkhead. We then lined the walls with a DimpleShield membrane and HD FinishShield vapor barrier over it. Those two layers were tied into a new GrateSump pump system that will eject the water outside. The bulkhead floor was reconcreted after and the area is now protected against any leaks that might come in.
