Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called becuase of multiple leaks in her basement. She had personal items stored down there that was getting wet and moldy so she wanted it fixed. Upon breaking out the floor we found that this customer had a very high footing. Luckily we place our system in front of the footing so it did not impact the size of the trench we normally dig. What we had to do diffeent is lay a dimpled mambrane over the footing to allow water to travel under the new concrete that we put back and into the drain system. This caused us to spend more time on this install but it is something that we prepare for on any job becuase you cannot see whats under the floor. We were able to get the job done and make another customer happy!

We installed a full perimeter GrateDrain system with full wall FinishShield Vapor Barrier. We also installed a FastSump Combo pump system so she is protected from power loss and mechanical pump failure. The pump discharges were run outside and burried about 35 feet away from the property to avoid any water recirculation.
