Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a finished basemenrt but had to rip it out after flooding. Has multiple leaks in the basement. Has a pump that a plumber put in but is not keeping up with the water. Wants it fixed asap. Customer had a existing drainage system that failed so we had to excavate more of the floor in order to rip out his old system and then install ours. Basement was also finished at one point so we had to demolish the existing walls prior to doing any work.

We installed a full perimeter GrateDrain System with full wall FinishShield vapor barrier. We also installed a single 1/3hp FastSump pump system to pump the water out that the drainage system collects.
