Why did the customer contact us?

Customer was rehabbing a part of the house that has a dirt crawlspace underneath. Moisture and mold problems in that space he wanted fixed. you could not get into the space so we had to make the access bigger The floor above was also removed so the joists could be fixed and cleaned as well as the crawlspace encapsulated

We provided him with a Crawl Shield encapsulation system. We drain the crawlspace into the drainage system that was already in the basement. We also installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier in the basement and ducted it into the crawlspace in order for it to dehumidify both spaces effeicienlty
