Why did the customer contact us?

Customer was in the process of buying the home. We have done work at the house for a previose owner. He has a big attached crawlspace that needs to be sealed. Has some visible mold and a musty smell. Takes on some water and there is a existing pump in the crawlspace. He wants to fix it and use it as storage. The crawlspace had tons of organic debris and the floor was very uneven. We had to remove all organic material and level off the floor so the water could flow to the pump properly.

We provided a Crawlshield encapsulation system with a new 1/3hp Fastsump Pumping system along with a 12volt battery backup pump. We also installed a Santa Fe classic Dehumidifer to keep the humiduty down in the space.
