Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has a leak coming in from the bulkhead and also a area about 10 feet away in a corner. Doesnt have a pump and the basement is unfinished. Wants a estimate to waterproof that one area. This was a straight forward install. We did not face any difficult chalenges on this one. This was a fairly simply repair.

We provided the customer a 1/3hp FastSump pump with a partial GrateDrain system along the one wall she was having the problem on. We also installed a surface GrateTrench in front of the bulkhead door in order to catch any leaks that might come in from that doorway.
