Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a existing drainage system that was not keeping up. Wanted something more reliable. The job is out on Nantucket. During the summer the boat schedule is very limited so we had to do the entire job in a single day.

Solutions Provided:

We provided her with a Level 5 Healthy Basement Certificate. This included a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed a GrateSump Combo XL which included 2 high output 1/3hp pumps and a fs1200 battery backup system. Finally we installed a WiseAire 90 high efficiency dehumidifier. This system is covered with a Life of House Nationally Backed warranty.
