Why did the customer contact us?

Customer lost power for three days and when the power came back on his sump pump system did not work correctly. He wanted to replace his pumps and add battery backups to them. He also had leaks that were coming in from the perimeter of the basement even though he already had a perimeter drain system done by another company.

We removed the existing drainage system that failed and installed a level 3 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain system with a small strip of vapor barrier at the base of the wall. We also installed a FastSump combo dual 1/3hp pump system and a battery backup with a high water alarm.
