We installed a Level 5 iBasement system, which includes a full perimeter drainage system with a full-wall vapor barrier, a dual pump system with a battery backup, and an iBasement advanced pump controller. We also installed a high-efficiency dehumidification system to control the humidity level. With this installation, the customer can now finish their basement with peace of mind, knowing that their investment will be safe!!!
We installed a Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain Drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also removed the wooden bulkhead steps and installed a drain and vapor barrier in the bulkhead area. The entire drain is connected to two GrateSump liners with a single 1/3hp FastSump Pump and a High Water Alarm. The discharge for the pump goes up and out to a IceCop freeze protection device and is buried underground 30 feet from the house.

We Installed a Level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (french drain ) drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with 2 1/3hp FastSump pumps and a Battery backup system. We also installed a Santa Fe high efficiency dehumidifier with some duct work to be able to make the air circulate through all the rooms properly.
We installed a radon mitigation system which brought the radon level down to 1.3 pCi/l.
